We cant say enough positive about the Pathways to Employment program. The ease of applying and receiving the benefits was unmatched compared to other programs we have participated in.
The assistance and guidance this program gave us couldn’t have come at a better time. When we applied for this program we had just opened our new location after a difficult move, although we knew we needed the extra staff we were reluctant to make that commitment.
The PTE program gave us the confidence to give someone a shot who otherwise wouldn’t have had a chance to join our team. Now the employee found through PTE is a solid member of our team making major contributions.
