About the presenter: 

Richard Innes has a background in marketing and advertising having worked at some of the country’s largest advertising agencies. He played a key role in Canada’s largest tourism destination marketing organization, Tourism Toronto (TT) for more than nine years serving first as V.P. Account Director at TT’s advertising agency and then as TT’s Vice President of Marketing. Richard’s passion for tourism destination development through the lens of the customer is widely valued. In 2012 he was awarded the Queen’s Jubilee Medal for his contribution to Canada’s tourism industry.
