We are so grateful for the support of the Pathways to Employment program, funded by the Orillia CDC. Through this initiative, we were able to hire Manpreet as a full-time Office Administrator and Scheduling Clerk.

 

Stepping into a fast-paced healthcare environment is no easy task; scheduling client care, and supporting our front-line team all require quick thinking and adaptability. Despite coming from a background in the Arts, Manpreet embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and resilience, successfully pivoting into a completely new field. She is dedicated, warm, and friendly, and has quickly become a strong and trusted member of our administrative family at Happy at Home Support Services Inc.

 

The program itself was extremely user-friendly, making the hiring process smooth and efficient. We also want to acknowledge Katie, the Pathways team lead, who was always accessible and provided incredible support to Manpreet throughout her transition.

 

We are thankful for the opportunity to participate in this program and highly recommend it to any organization looking to strengthen their team while supporting meaningful employment in our community.
