Biography
Sandy is a graduate of the Yahweh Yoga Teacher Training Academy in Chandler, Arizona, completing their 250 hour program. This program is credentialed by the State of Arizona and by Yoga Alliance, which sets standards and ethics for yoga school curriculum and is the national education and support organization for yoga in the US. Yahweh Style Yoga is Yoga taught from a Christian perspective which emphasizes wellness of the body and soul through yoga exercises, purposeful breathing, and the practice of mindfulness. Through the use of inspirational music, prayer, biblical scripture and biblical meditation, participants have the opportunity to experience the physical benefits of yoga exercise, while growing spiritually as well.
Sandy also offers Chair yoga, Gentle yoga and Flow yoga classes.
