We have a lending program targeted to social enterprises.  These are non-profit organizations that have a triple mandate: concern for a particular segment of the community, look to minimize their environmental impact, and redirect their profits into improving the lives of an at-risk target population such as seniors, youth, etc.

As in the case of our traditional lending, the social enterprise must provide a detailed business plan outlining their business concept, their financial projections and the ability to repay their debt.
