Community Development Corp. (CDC) Mandate
The Community Development Corporation (CDC), as a not-for-profit organization, has a mandate to work with community partners to develop and sustain the local economy through: business financing; business counseling; and community economic development projects..
CDC Sustainability Guidelines:
- Sustain the environment by operating the CDC in a manner that reduces our ecological footprint.
- Encourage sustainable communities by supporting participation, inclusion and access to services and processes.
- Improve the economic health of our communities by encouraging sustainable development of businesses and employment that enriches quality of life while enhancing the health of our environment.
