The CDC is led by a dedicated local board of directors who volunteer their time to help small business and assist community groups.  Our board members are representative of the diversified industries, agencies and communities we serve.  Each member serves on at least one working committee.

Our board members are initially elected for one year and can serve a maximum of three years unless a member moves onto the Executive Committee, where the term is then extended as provided in the by-laws.
